My approach to selling any kind of Real Estate is simple.  If they can't find it, they can't buy it!  I market my properties probably more than any other agent in town.  Utilizing 5+ websites including my personal - soldwithmarshall.com, Coldwell Banker local and national, Realtor.com, Longview News Journal and many others.  Longview is also still a print-media town.  I advertise every week in our local Real Estate Weekly and other local magazines.  I also use billboard and mail-out marketing to drive traffic.  If I have it listed, the public WILL find it.
